This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types we use on momentumfitness.eu, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences. It applies under Law no. 506/2004, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and e-privacy legislation.
Cookies are small files of letters and numbers stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. To collect and record consent we use the consent management platform (CMP) CookieYes. Tracking tools are deployed via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and are conditioned on your choices, including through Google Consent Mode: until consent is given, analytics and advertising cookies are not set and tags do not fire. Meta Conversions API (CAPI): in addition to the browser pixel, we use the Meta Conversions API, which sends events to Meta server-to-server (including identifiers such as the _fbp/_fbc values and hashed/pseudonymised contact data). CAPI complements the pixel, relies on the same consent, and does not activate without marketing consent.
If videos or third-party content are embedded on the site (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram), those providers may set their own cookies when you interact with the content.

Google Tag Manager is the tool we use to deploy and manage the tags on the site (Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.). GTM itself does not usually store tracking cookies with personal data; it fires the other tools described above according to your consent, via Google Consent Mode. Configuration data is handled through a “dataLayer”.
UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) are not cookies; they are parameters appended to the URL, used to attribute traffic to a specific campaign or source. They do not, by themselves, store information on your device, but their values may be processed and associated within analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta) where you have consented to those categories.

Analytics and advertising cookies involve providers (Google, Meta) that may process data outside the EEA, including in the US, based on Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The CMP provider CookieYes processes data in the EU. See the Privacy Policy.
Manage your preferences at any time from the CookieYes settings panel on the site. You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
